Madera Kitchen pairs up wine and Mexican food for a whole new experience

Madera Kitchen of Mexico is blending a few surprises like an amazing wine selection that pair with its authentic Mexican food to provide a new festive atmosphere in Vista.

The restaurant is co-owned and managed by Ivan Sanchez Lucas, who spent years working at and managing San Diego landmarks like Vigilucci’s and The Craftsman Tavern. Along with three other partners, Luca is focused on not just great food but creating a welcoming family oriented experience at the restaurant!

Madera Kitchen has indoor seating along with a large, new outdoor patio at 1250 South Santa Fe where the former Sunrise Café was open for decades. Luca said the restaurant will be expanding its hours and offer a weekend brunch soon.
