Marcos’s Art Workshops

July 28, 2022 @ 12:00 am - August 25, 2022 @ 11:30 pm

Marcos Solorio is an artist that focuses on helping bring art to the folks in our community who don’t have the privilege of partaking in “non-essential” activities. He runs a free paint booth at resource center (Potter’s House, Brother Benno’s) for our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness, running these programs completely on the donations gifted to him by the community. He believes that art is able to be a healing tool for those who are in need of help and needs help to raise money in order to keep his booth going.  Using the funds, he will give back to the community by providing three workshops with hand-picked artists completely free of charge. The goal is to raise $500! So please donate to a good cause.
