VistaIsOpen.com was part of the City of Vista’s Economic Recovery Plan to assist local businesses as they safely operate during the COVID-19 emergency.

The website and related services officially ended in October 2022.  However, some of the site’s functions will remain visible for the foreseeable future.

Thanks to all who helped Vista rebound from the COVID emergency!
